Graeme has worked within Corporate Finance for over 25 years and has extensive investment experience across the Private Equity market. He originated and executed a number of the portfolio investments and sits on the Investment Committee responsible for follow-on capital. Graeme is married with two grown up children and is interested in sport, aviation and music.
Neil has worked in the industry for over 20 years and has extensive experience in portfolio management and new investment from his 12 years at Gresham LLP. Neil was responsible for our successful exits of Willerby Holiday Homes, Chaucer, TM Lewin and Maynard & Harris. Neil has two teenage children who take up much of his time and enjoys playing tennis.
Mark has over 20 years’ experience in Private Equity. He sits on the Cavendish Investment Committee and has led several of our successful portfolio exits including Tuffnells, Martin McColl and Polypipe. He lives in Hertfordshire with his young family and can be found with his son at most MK Dons home games.
Gavin is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has worked in Financial Services for over 15 years, the last 12 years in private equity. As Finance Director, he is responsible for accounting, reporting and tax for Caird. Gavin is married with three young children. He is a keen hill walker and one day plans to walk the length of Hadrian’s Wall.
Matthew has a broad range of origination and investment management experience, having worked in the Private Equity industry since 2006. He has managed the investments in Miller Homes, M&H Plastics and Bifold through to successful exits and works closely with the current investment in Nylacast. Most of Matthew’s spare time is spent with his young family, but when he gets the chance he enjoys eating out and following rugby and football from the comfort of the side lines.
